On Team: Cupcake, Hime, His Majesty, Her Majesty, Killer, Bandit. I'm too lazy to change the thingy at the bottom atm just os you guys know. They had come a long way in these last several months, hoofing it though the gyms and to the contests to see the two young ones with her grow up into fine examples of Pokemon Trainers. She was Proud of them, there were no other words for it. Lotta knew great things would come of them and she had yet to be proven wrong on any predictions she had ever made for the.
They were halfway down Victory Road, the cave looming ahead of them. Night had fallen however, so the old lady said. "We should camp here for the night before we continue. There are a lot of strong trainers and wild pokemon alike ahead."
Because, of course, they would want to run in full speed to get to the league on the other side. She didn't blame them. Once upon a time, she stood in their shoes waiting to do the same too.

Bien didn't particularly like dark, eerie caves. If it were just him, he would of turned away and found another route. But as long as he was with Lotta and Meg, he didn't really care and would gladly go wherever the two of them wanted him to go. If it meant he had to fight his way out of the dolphin thing, he would. Even though the two of them weren't related by blood to him, Bien still considered them family.
What was so victorious about Victory Road? It didn't have a flashy red carpet those famous celebrities walk on. What made it so dolphin special? I guess for someone who wasn't a Pokemon trainer, it meant very little to him, less then it would for someone like Meg who was a Pokemon trainer. It was that day when you finally realized - HELL YES! I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE END! Now all Meg had to do was beat the Elite Four, which was no small task. Bien would be rooting for her the whole way.
"I hope we don't get attacked by some weird Pokemon," he said, just a little scared for his life.

"We're almost there...." the blonde Trainer whispered to herself as she looked down the dark and seemingly endless path. Their only source of light was the flame of Fiamma's mane and tail. The Rapidash had been her lifelong companion, so of course it would accompany her on this important quest. Meg had also gained several new friends on her journey to this point and had Trained them to be just as prepared as she believed she was.
Soon, they would reach the end of this labyrinth and she would finally be face-to-face with the greatest Pokémon Trainers in the region. She had worked long and hard for this over the past year and was determined to do her best. More than that, Meg was determined to win.
Fiamma circled around the center of their camp and then lay down, its flames serving as a warm campfire. Meg set up her sleeping bag and said goodnight to her grandmother and Bien, now one of her best friends. She tried to sleep, but found that she was too anxious to do so. Instead, the Trainer rested as best she could, unable to help visions of Pokémon battles in her head.

The campfire set up, and the sleeping bags pulled out as they let their pokemon out to sleep under the stars, Lotta leaned back against her Charizard, who had already nodded off slightly. Her pokemon had mostly fallen asleep as well, though His Majesty and Her Majesty had wandered back along the trail some to go get in a good hunt.
She did however, notice that the two youngsters were still wide awake. With a smirk, she asked without opening her eyes. "What, you kids need me to tell you a story? That'll put you to sleep."

What was with old people and wanting to tell stories? I mean come on, no one in this day and age wants to hear stories from old people, Bien didn't. He would try to ignore the withered prune and tune her out as best he could, which is usually what he did when she talked. Unless it was important and had to do with him, he really didn't care. That could be the reason why Meg was a better Pokemon trainer then he was, she probably listened to every word her grandmother told her. Old people were a bore to Bien.
While Lotta continued talking, Bien had already laid out his sleeping bag and was nestled in bed. Luckily, Bien bought a pair of ear plugs at the last city they were in; they were perfect for an occasion such as this. Of course if Lotta found out he wasn't paying attention to her, who knows what she'd do to him.
The fire Meg's Rapidash was giving off was very soothing. The warm sensation started to put Bien into a peaceful slumber. Out of all of Meg's Pokemon, Bien liked Fiamma the best - more then he could say about any of Lotta's.

Meg couldn't help but chuckle at Granny's suggestion. It made her feel like a child again, spending the summer with her grandmother and camping outside. It didn't happen often, but Meg had fun at the time. There was always something new to learn from Granny, whether it be from a conversation, watching her work with her Pokémon, or even listening to a bedtime story. But for now, she thought it better to get straight to sleep.
"Nah. I probably should concentrate on just getting to sleep," Meg said with a smile as she closed her eyes again to Fiamma's flames. "As close as we are, there's still a long journey ahead of us."
Butterflies danced in Meg's stomach as she tried to force herself to fall asleep. It was difficult to accept the fact she had actually made it to the Sinnoh League. Although she was confident as a Pokémon Trainer, as a young woman, she felt quite nervous. The eyes of the world, including its best Trainers, would be on her soon enough. It was all quite overwhelming. Nevertheless, she would perservere and do her best just as she always did. And Granny and Bien would be there cheering her on. With them and her faithful Pokémon by her side, Meg was certain they could go as far as they dreamed.
It was those dreams that flickered in her mind as she finally began to drift off, dreams of a little girl finally about to become a reality.

Her story sent the kids to sleep pretty quick, and the old woman just grinned at that and stood up to walk off away from the camp a bit to make a phone call. That done and returning she fell asleep herself, and it was the morning sun that rose up over the forest that eventually work her up.
The fire had gone down over the night, and nothing big had really happened otherwise. Cupcake, once woken up and coaxed with the bribe of food, lit it again so she could cook up some grub.
"Wake up kiddos!" Lotta called, the smell of food in the air. "You're almost there!"
