-Umbreon, Lv.45! SA: Synchronize- Watching as the Ultra ball closed in the Umbreon knew even in spite his own resiliant spirit, at least his master would get buried properly. Claire certainly deserved it for beng such a good trainer while she lived, no matter the circumstances. From now on her tags would be carried on with him to serve as a reminder to a part of his life that could never be forgotten. If she had lived, the girl would certainly never traded him. . . but given the difficult circumstances, did her spirit want Trace to have this Umbreon? Perhaps. Silently the bright light engulfed him as he became the pokemon of another master. One who would hopefully turn out just as good a trainer as his predecessor. Archon needed to be no matter what, since bring this Pokemon out of its Shadow state would take a lot of effort considering the limited options. *Wiggle, wiggle* *Twitch* [glow=red,2,300]SHADOW UMBREON WAS CAUGHT![/glow]

Trace held the ultra ball in his hand and looked at it for a little bit the called back out the Umbreon. Trace then knelt down and took out a potion and sprayed it all over the dark pokemon, "There, that should help til we get to a pokecenter." he stated.
Trace then noticed that Claire's trainee tag had a second tag on it. It was a spare tag. Trace then removed the necklace from the Umbreon took off the spare tag then replace the necklace back around the Umbreon's neck.
While still knelt down Trace reached into his shirt and pulled out two necklaces that was around his neck, both of the were a sliver cross that has a small red stone in the center of it, he then held one up to the dark pokemon, "This is my sister's cross, it reminds me never stop looking for her..." he then put that one down and grabbed the other cross, "This my cross, it reminds me to not lose my self in my hate...." Trace then attached Clare's tag to his necklace next to his cross, "I am placing Clare's Tag here so I will never forget to look for the ones who did this to her." he stated.

The Shadow Pokemon looked up at Trace with an expressionless face, though it might have held curiousity over the sudden release after so much effort to capture him. Standing still with a mild tolerance for his new master touching the tags, he watched intently with those cold eyes until an explanation was provided. It made some sense, though all that really mattered to him was keeping at least one of the tags for himself. Anyone else who touched the nostalgic pieces would not recieve mercy from a creature who felt no remorse.
Once the Human had finished, Umbreon turned away from him to walk toward the body of his former trainer. For a few moments the Shadow Pokemon sniffed her corpse and nudged her cheek for the last time. Sitting on its hind legs, it then turned to face Archon with a cold gaze that remained unchanged even after all that. . . waiting for him to make good on his promise to bury her.

Trace stood up and Recalled Kori back into her ball then looked up at his new Umbreon. Trace nodded then walked over to her body then knelt down again and brushed off some dirt that was on her cloths.
Trace then looked around, this place was no place for a grave for a beautiful girl. Trace then looked at the Umbreon, "I guess you want me to bury her here then?" he asked thou he knew the answer due to the Umbreon's personality.
Trace sighed picked up her back pack that seemed to have been torn off of her around the time she had die and put it next to the umbreon then looked through it, and he was lucky to find an hand shovel.
With that he started to dig a hole for her.

The Shadow Pokemon nodded before walking over to where Trace had started to dig the grave, watching him with cold & unfeeling red eyes that resembled those of the human. In fact, in a strange way one might say the Umbreon represented a Pokemon version of this Trainer. Not just in looks but the general personality considering the obssession and dedication to revenge. Only one difference truly seperated them:
Archon had more time to come to terms with the tragedy in his life compared to his newest Pokemon. What about that Glaceon he had called out earlier? It had not seemed to move or talk, or even react to the Umbreon in any way at all. Of course that didn't really matter to him. Focusing intently on the whole being dug instead, it showed just how much he cared about his new Trainer's other Pokemon.
Minutes later, he walked up on the side of the whole opposite to Trace & started to try digging the whole with his paws.

Trace kept digging til he got about four feet deep of a hole. Trace then saw the Umbreon helping dig up the earth with him, "Good idea." he said as he took off his jacket and threw it to the side then called out Kori sence the others were ether koed or poisoned.
As The Glaceon was called out she noticed that she was in the hole with her master. Kori then looked up at Trace and cocked her head to the side, "Glaceon?" she asked. Trace smiled patted her on the head, "Can you help me did this hole little please?" he asked kindly.
Kori looked up at Trace then over he shoulder at the dark pokemon. Trace looked at her, "I'll get you a extra two apples with her next mean." he said. Kori looked up back at Trace and nodded.
Trace smiled, "Good, why don't you go help out Shadow over there." he stated, looking up at the Umbreon figuring that giving him a nickname of shadow may be a little blunt but it suited the dark pokemon.
Kori then gracefully in a lady like manner to Shadow, got next to him and started to help dig.

Digging the grave diligently, they were 4/6 of the way to burying Claire at long last even if it had not truly been that long since her death. He continued to ignore the Glaceon even when the Trainer started talking to her again & simply continued digging. It went along just fine until Trace decided to call him a certain name. . .one he apparently had not made clear that he did NOT want to be called ever again.
Fair enough, that could happen right now.
Kicking up dirt with his latest pawful, the Shadow Pokemon sent it flying right at his new master's face. Just to make sure he got the Human's attention right from the start. Looking right at him with those cold red eyes, he stared down Archon before speaking in the first full 'pokemon' sentence he had used since meeting the self-proclaimed Hero.
"Umbreon. Umbre, on. On, eon. . . Umbreon. Um-bre-on. Breon. Umb umb, reon."
Which the Glaceon Kori would understand as:
My name is not Shadow. Never was, never will be. Kyrie though, already has. . . I'm keeping the name she's given me. N-er-o. Nero. That's the end of it, discussion over.
Finally, he went back to digging.

¤-Kori (Glaceon), Lv. 40, Female, SA: Snow Cloak-¤ Truth be told, Kori did not agree to help her master and new companion because of two pieces of fruit. Rather, she did it because it was the right thing to do. The Fresh Snow Pokémon had heard everything that had occured in the last 20 minutes and felt eternally sorry for the Umbreon. Because of the cold manner in which the Dark-type currently presented itself, Kori was a bit timid about getting so close to him this soon. But really there was no other way to aid in digging this hole. So she had sat next to him and began to carefully dig, making no other acknowledgement of his presence. He must be going through such a hard time... Digging his Trainer's own grave. I just can't imagine... she thought sadly as she worked. The Glaceon quickly backed up a couple steps as a good amount of soil was kicked in Trace's direction. She looked to the Moonlight Pokémon and gave him a questioning look. What had Trace done to upset him now? Then as he explained the problem, Kori listened intently and completely understood. Of course he would want to keep the nickname his first Trainer had given him. It was only natural. And on a personal level, she much preferred the nickname that Kyrie had chosen. Kori nodded at Nero and turned to Trace. "Glace gla gla ceon." ("Please don't call him that.") Her deep blue eyes returned to the hole as she continued her mission in silence. As far as she was concerned it was not her place to reveal Nero's true name yet. That was his choice alone to make.

Trace saw the the dirt coming right at him and with speed smacked it before it hit his face. Trace then looked at his Glaceon as she said something.
Trace chuckled, "I guess you don't approve of that name then." he stated. Trace looked at the Umbreon, "That pokemon it just as stubborn at me." he thought thou he knew that his pokemon was a victim it wasn't going to be easy to help this pokemon with its pain, even so it will be done.
Trace sighed and then back to digging.

Time passed by. . .
The trio dug through the earth, until they finally managed to reach the tradtional six foot depth for human burials. After all, the Umbreon wasn't about to let her go into a shallow grave considering as of a few moments ago he had lost his freedom. But had he really? Without Trace coming along the mbreon probably would have just occupied this one place while Claire continued to simply decay away with time.
Once they had finished digging the hole completely, Nero walked over toward her corpse without looking at either of the other two. Staring at Claire with cold red eyes, one had to wonder if the Shadow Pokemon actually wished it could express any emotions from the heart right now. It was hard to say which was actually the right answer.
Umbreon waited for Archon to place the girl he had only known under her nickname as Kyrie into the freshly dug grave.

¤-Kori (Glaceon), Lv. 40, Female, SA: Snow Cloak-¤ The Fresh Snow Pokémon watched Nero with sad eyes. This tragedy had caused his personality to become so cold, no, so nonexistant, that he was unable to properly say goodbye. Her gaze shifted from the heartbreaking scene and into the deep grave. What a shame for such a young woman to end up in a place like this... Kori felt as though something should be said, though the words were lost in a sea of doubt and inability to possibly relate to his sorrow....

With that Trace looked at Kori, "Ok Kori out of the hole." he stated then pulled himself up out of the hole as well.
Once out Trace put down the tool and looked at Claire. Trace then gently picked her up in his arms and then hopped back down in the hole.
Once there Trace ever so gently and kindly rested her body on the ground taking care as he laid her down. Once she was in Trace pulled himself up and looked at the Umbreon, "Any last words?" he asked kindly.

Umbreon looked down into the grave once Trace had carefully placed her inside, which worked to keep the Shadow Pokemon from rebelling against him again in yet another way. He did not exactly know what to say, not choked up with emotion, but rather that nothing seemed useful or even logical to say. Even in such a personal moment, the choice to feel nothing had truly come back to haunt him now while staring coldly at her body laying in an earthen tomb.
Claire would get no coffin.
Her family would never find out.
This Pokemon could have wept tears until they dried and that pain would have still remained just the same. He had sold his soul away practically to shield himself from that grief. Memories of when she would hold him tight came back now, even after she had slipped away from the world of the living. As she released him to save his life, the girl had only gotten him to leave by promising to return for him later on. . . & he had believed it. But she was not the one who broke the promise to him. . . it had been the members of Team Dim Sun.
"Umbreon, reon reon. Eon eon. . .reon. Umbreon umbreon. Umb, reon. . ."
"I'll make a promise, to revenge your soul in time. I'll make them bleed. . . down at my paws. I'm going to haunt them down all the way. One by one, they'll be surprised. . ."
Could one Pokemon make such an oath?
Nero would certainly die trying to keep it, whether he could feel emotions for the rest of his life or not. Sealing the door to his heart held more than just the advantage of not feeling his own grief. . . it kept those emotions from overwhelming him. This would be the only real way he could not go insane while acting as one of Trace's Pokemon. Cold logic had more sense & patience than a lone Pokemon out for revenge. In time each one of those who served Dim Sun would know to fear the Shadow Pokemon.
That would be a fair justice, judged by a victim who could not act on their overwhelming feelings of loss. For in lacking every emotion, it took the good ones along with the bad. Anger would not cloud his judgment of what to do with them. . . yet neither would any small vestige of mercy or compassion. With that level of cold demeanor a sentence befitting their crimes would be served & force fed down their throats with a clear conscience.
Every day he would stop and think of Kyrie, her corpse laying there resigned silently underground. Remember her face and the way she trained him so well, the day she named him Nero. Perhaps somewhere she looked upon him right now & would do so for eternity. . . he would think of her there too. Hoping her soul found rest was not a part of his motivation since there could not be any hope inside of him at all. Just one soulless fighting machine spending how ever long it took to find those who murdered Claire.
The girl he knew as Kyrie.

¤-Kori (Glaceon), Lv. 40, Female, SA: Snow Cloak-¤ Carefully, the Glaceon had climbed out of the tomb and took her place in between Trace and Nero. She felt a pain in her heart for Nero's immeasurable loss. Even though the woman wasn't her Trainer, Kori had the capacity for great sympathy. Most times did not call for her to reveal this, but it was there. When Nero had finished, the Fresh Snow Pokémon stepped forward and took a shallow breath. Perhaps she was out of place for speaking at the burial of someone she had never known. Or maybe her words would be appreciated. Either way, she was going to speak from the heart. "Glaceon." ("As will I.") Her posture was not straight and tall like usual. Instead, she seemed much smaller and currently her head was lowered respectively. "Gla Glaceon eon e Glaceon. Eon Glaceon gla, e lace Glaceon gla gla. Glace eon e la Glaceon gla glace." ("Your companion is my partner now and I vow to stay by his side and aid him in his mission. Not only because it is my duty as his team mate, but because I have already made a promise to put an end to evildoers like Team Rocket and Team Galactic. We will avenge your death and save the lives of countless other Pokémon and Trainers that might otherwise have shared your fate.") The Fresh Snow Pokémon bowed her head even lower. "Ceon gla eon Glaceon." ("Repos dans la paix mon amie.") Her nose then nudged a pile of dirt along the edge of the grave, dropping just a handful of earth into the tomb. Kori wasn't sure how Nero would respond to her words, if he would at all. But they were as true as her eyes were blue.

Trace looked down at the grave, only thing he knew about the girl that she was pretty and was worngfullyed killed. Trace sighed and did the only thing he could do, he sang. Snow is falling down on this glorious land colors fading, turning into white again To fallen heroes angels sting, they cry their winter tears endless mourning days will turn to years
So this is goodbye, I take leave of you and spread your wings and you will fly away now, fly away now
Nothing on earth stays forever but none of your deeds were in vain Deep in our hearts you will live again you're gone to the home of the brave
My eyes are closed I feel you're faraway far beyond that shining star I know you'll find what you've been fighting for far beyond that shining star
So this is goodbye, I take leave of you and spread your wings and you will fly away now, fly away now
Nothing on earth stays forever but none of your deeds were in vain Deep in our hearts you will live again you're gone to the home of the brave" Oddly enough, for a man who was known to be a demon, he could sing like a angel. Once the song was finished Trace gently started to add dirty into the hole.
